1.First you need a Gmail account to create a blog by Blogger.
2.Go to the address bar of your browser and type www.blogger.com.
3.Click on Create Your Blog.

4.Now Login to your Gmail account
5.Create your Blogger profile which will be shown to your visitors.

6.Now you will see the Blogger dashboard. Click on Create new Blog.

7.Now Select a Title for your blog which will be shown on the top of the page and create a web address to reach visitors to your blog. Select a theme and click on Create Blog.

     Now your blog is ready to use. create your post and share it with your friends and known persons and your blog will be starting to get visitors. If you got enough visitors to your blog you can apply for Google adsensce and can earn money by placing it's ads.
